Whiskey: Widow Jane Distilled from a Rye Mash American Oak Aged

This aged rye was brought to proof using water from the Widow Jane Mine in New York.

Size: 750mL

Proof: 91 (45.5% ABV)

Origin: United States

Distillery: Widow Jane

A special bottling of Wild Turkey, this was created with the help of master distiller Eddie Russell to celebrate the 60 years his father Jimmy has spent in the same job. Made with bourbons aged for between 13 and 16 years, this is rich and intense.

Distillery Information

In 1869, the Ripy Brothers started distilling on Wild Turkey Hill near Lawrenceburg, Kentucky. Their early days went well and their Bourbon — Ripy Brother Bourbon — was selected to represent the State of Kentucky at the Chicago World’s Fair in 1893.
