Westland was one of the pioneers of Single Malt Whiskey made in America.It combines five different malted barleys fermented with Belgian brewer’s yeast. Then it’s aged a minimum of two years in new American oak barrels and bottled at a perfect 46% ABV. And that’s the real secret here — they bring a brewer's detailed attention to the grains and yeast on the front end and master distilling craftsmanship on the back end.

Westland American Oak Single Malt Whiskey Tasting Notes

Nose: Lemon and orange custard, backed by a fresh smell of a waffle cone, denyd by the creaminess of the creme brûlée, chocolate custard and finally with a hint of jasmine hiding just beneath the surface.

Palate: Very smooth and interesting combination of Swiss chocolate, Turkish coffee and rich fruit notes.

Finish: Long and complex.
