The whisky is matured in Gonzalez Byass Oloroso sherry casks and the casks mature on the mainland before travelling back to Mull for the final year before bottling.

Tobermory 15 Year Old Single Malt Scotch Whisky Tasting Notes

Nose: Lemon and orange peels with feinty, honeyed cigar box hints with requisite smoke rising gently.

Palate: Notes of sherried peels and winter spice, crème de cacao and peppery oak.

Finish: Long and spicy with notes of walnut and salty melted butter.
