This Rye Whiskey is made with heirloom Abruzzi rye, white corn and malted barley, this complex whiskey shows caramel, espresso and cocoa up front, and finishes exceedingly long with leather, cigar wrapper, orange peel, allspice, and even a whiff of campfire smoke.

New Southern Revival Straight Rye Whiskey Tasting Notes

Nose: Rye bread and caramel on the nose with a hint of oak.

Palate: Caramel, rye and fresh sweet corn on the palate with just a hint of smoky notes.

Finish: Long and oaky with hints of caramel and cinnamon.
