A very interesting gin from Vermont-based producers, Caledonia Spirits. Barr Hill Gin is made only using two botanicals - juniper and raw honey! It's a subtly sweet gin, almost Old Tom-like in its flavour profile, with a few floral elements coming through too.

Nose: Pleasant aroma.

Palate: Round and viscous.

Finish: Juniper and honey lingering.

Our craft distillery is located in Caledonia County, Vermont and inspired by the views from atop the Barr Hill Nature Preserve. Caledonia Spirits was founded on a vision to support working landscapes and local agriculture by making Barr Hill craft spirits from regional raw materials.
